Ekam Travel

My office is right here on the first floor of Nanakan Shib Complex, just across from Dhayan Singh Complex near the Ludhiana Bus Stand. It gets pretty loud around here with all the buses coming and going, but it makes things easier for people who are already at the station looking to get somewhere. Ekam Travel has been in this spot for a while now. I spend most of my day sitting at the desk handling bookings and talking to folks who walk in off the street. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is nice and everyone wants to head out of town. The building isn't brand new, and sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but it works for what we do. I usually start around mid-morning and stay until the last few customers are sorted. It’s mostly just me or maybe one other person helping out with the paperwork. We handle a lot of different routes, mostly whatever people ask for. There isn't much to say about the decor, it's just a regular office with some chairs and a computer. If you are coming by bus, you just cross the road and look for the sign upstairs. I’ve lived in Ludhiana my whole life so I know the area well. It’s a decent place to work. I try to keep things simple and just get the tickets done without making a big fuss over it. That's how we run things here.
