Dua Travels

Dua Travels is at Shop Number 3 on Raikhy Cinema Road. We are very close to the railway station here in Ludhiana. It is a busy spot because of all the people coming and going from the trains. The shop is small and sometimes it gets crowded when more than two people are inside. We have been working from this location for quite some time now. Usually, it is just two of us sitting at the desks. We handle a lot of different things like train tickets and general travel advice. Outside, the street is always loud with the sound of rickshaws and people shouting. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and a map of the country that is starting to peel at the edges. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but that is just how things are in Chaura Bazar. We know a lot of the other shopkeepers around here. The tea stall guy brings us tea twice a day. We don't have a big website or anything like that. People just walk in because they saw our sign near the station. We try to be helpful and get the paperwork right. It’s not a complicated business. We just do our best to help folks get to where they are going without too much trouble or confusion. We spend most of our day on the phone or writing things down in our ledger. My brother used to help out more, but now it is mostly me. We like being near the cinema because there is always something happening.
