Desire Vacations

Our office is located up on the second floor of Sco-124 in Feroze Gandhi Market. It’s right across from the Batra Hotel on Ferozepur Road. It’s a busy part of Ludhiana, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes if you come during the middle of the day. I’ve been here for a few years now, sitting at this desk and looking at maps and schedules. We mostly spend our time trying to figure out the best ways for people to get from one place to another without too much trouble. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking things on the screen. The office isn't very large, but we have enough space for a few chairs for people to sit while we talk about their plans. I like being in this market area because everything you need is close by. Sometimes I grab a quick tea from the stall downstairs while waiting for a booking to go through. It’s not an easy job because things change fast in the travel world, but we do our best to keep up. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to do right by the people who walk through our door. It’s quiet up here on the second floor compared to the street, which helps when I need to concentrate on the details of a trip.
