Chanchal Travels

Our shop is number 43 on GT Road in the Millerganj area. We are right across from B B Sethi & Sons and not far from Vishawkarma Chowk. It’s a very central part of Ludhiana and it’s always crowded with people and vehicles. We’ve been here for a long time, and the shop has become a familiar spot for many people. It’s not a polished or high-end office. It’s just a plain room with some chairs and a desk where we keep all our records. We still use a lot of paper notebooks because it feels more reliable than just having everything on a screen. We handle all kinds of travel needs for the local community. People come in to book a car for a trip or to ask about train and bus times. We don't have any big mission statements or promotional scripts. We just give people the information they need and help them make their plans. Millerganj is a busy place, and we are right in the middle of it. Sometimes we just sit and watch the traffic while we wait for the phone to ring. We know most of the other business owners around here. It’s a straightforward life, and we just try to be useful to the people who come to us. We don't make any grand claims, we just do the work as it comes in.
