Borders & Bridges

Borders & Bridges is located in Office Number 1243 in Sunder Nagar, which is part of the Basti Jodhewal area. We are quite close to the Gurudwara Sahib, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. The office is small and practical, situated in the 141007 district of Ludhiana. We have a few desks squeezed in there and plenty of shelves for all the folders and papers we have to keep for the records. The noise from the street is always there, but you stop noticing it after the first hour of work in the morning. We handle a lot of different things related to travel and documents. It’s mostly just sitting at the computer and making sure all the details are right for the customers. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so whoever is free just answers the door when someone knocks. The lighting in the office is a bit bright, but it helps when you're looking at small print on passports or forms. We get a lot of people from the neighborhood stopping in just to ask a quick question about their travel plans. We don't put on any acts or try to sound like a big company with fancy slogans. We are just a local office trying to help people get from one place to another. Sometimes the internet goes down and we just have to wait it out while we chat or tidy up the place.
