Bhullar Tours & Travels is located on E S I Hospital Road, right near the Kochar Market Chowk in Ludhiana. This is a very lively part of the city, and being near the hospital means there is always a lot of movement around our office. We have been in Ludhiana for a good while and the 141001 area is our home. Most of our day is spent helping people find the right way to travel, whether they need a taxi or a bus. It’s a typical local office with posters on the walls and chairs for people to wait in. Kochar Market Chowk is a landmark that everyone in this part of Ludhiana knows, so we are easy to find. The noise of the traffic and the market is something we hear all day long, but it keeps us energized. We aren't a big corporate chain. We are just a local business with a small staff that knows the city roads well. We spend time on the phone, talking to drivers, and making sure everything is on schedule. There’s no fancy talk here, just plain English and a focus on getting the work done. Sometimes we have a lot of customers at once, and other times it is just us having some tea and waiting. We don't have a big mission statement, we just help people get where they want to go. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living in a busy city like Ludhiana.
