Best & Less Travels

Our office is at Shop No-4 & 5 on the first floor of the Nanak Sahib Complex in Ludhiana. We are really close to the main bus stand, which means there is always a lot of noise and people running around outside. It’s a good spot for a travel business because so many people are already there looking for a way to get to the next city. We’ve got two shops joined together to give us enough room for our desks and a place for people to wait while we look up their tickets. The complex itself is quite old and can get pretty crowded, especially on Mondays when everyone is heading back to work. We spend a lot of our day checking bus timings and trying to find the cheapest seats for folks who are on a budget. The name Best & Less Travels is just what we do—trying to find something decent that doesn't cost too much. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a place where you can sit down, have a glass of water, and wait while we print out your booking. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how things go. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the tea stalls and other shopkeepers in the complex. It’s a busy, dusty, honest kind of place where we just handle the daily travel needs of the 141001 area.
