Our location is Malayil House in the Kaipattor area of Pathanamthitta, Kerala. It’s a bit different from the big city offices. Sreejith. R is the name you’ll see on most of our mail. We operate out of this house, which makes the whole thing feel very local and relaxed. It’s a quiet part of the world, surrounded by a lot of greenery. We don't have a storefront or a big glass entrance. It’s just a house where we do our business. Most of the people who deal with us are neighbors or people from the surrounding villages. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Word of mouth usually does the trick. Sometimes the rain in Kerala is so heavy we can't hear ourselves think, but otherwise, it’s a peaceful spot to work. We aren't some big corporate entity with branches everywhere. We are just here in Kaipattor doing what we know how to do. The pace is a bit slower than the cities, and we like it that way. We just keep our records straight and make sure we answer the phone when it rings. It’s a simple setup in a family house, and it works for what we need. No need for anything more complicated than that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who comes by Malayil House. It's a modest way to run things, but it works for L T and our local community.
