Cubatic College Of Interior Design

Our place is located at the Gandhi Road Junction, right near Beach Road. The building is called the Center For Creativity. If you are near the Lions Park or the Signal Station, you are basically right there. Being so close to the beach is nice, even if we spend most of our time inside looking at blueprints and color palettes. We are not a big, cold institution. We are just a small college focused on the world of interior design. The rooms are usually filled with samples of wood, tile, and various paint colors. It can get a bit cluttered at times, but that is the nature of design work. We like the energy of the junction right outside our doors. We do not have a corporate office feel at all; it is much more like a workshop or a studio. We spend our time showing students how to measure spaces, draw plans, and think about furniture layouts. Sometimes we get a bit carried away talking about lighting and lose track of time. It is not about being the most polished or shiny place in Kozhikode; it is about having a space where you can actually learn a trade. We are just regular people who enjoy the process of design. We do not offer any fancy gimmicks or marketing tricks. We just open our doors every morning and get to work with whoever is there to learn.
