WOW Vada Pav Burgers & More

We are at Shop No-8 in SD Plaza, right on the Vigyan Nagar Main Road in Kota. If you are from here, you probably know the area near Pip Vigyan Nagar. It is always crowded because of all the students who come to Kota to study. Our shop is directly opposite Brajwasi Misthan Bhandar, which is a big name around here. We just have our little space where we make vada pavs and burgers. It’s usually hot in the kitchen, especially when the Rajasthan sun is beating down on the plaza. We see a lot of young kids coming in between their coaching classes, looking for something quick to eat. The traffic on the main road never really stops until late at night. Sometimes we run out of buns or have to wait for the vegetable delivery, but we manage. It’s a simple setup with a few tables and the counter. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a big marketing team. It’s just us and the grill. We’ve got the routine down now after being here for a while. You get to know the regulars, like the shopkeepers nearby and the students who live in the hostels around the corner. We just try to keep the food coming and the floor clean. It’s a busy life on the main road, but it keeps us going from morning till we close the shutters at night. Sometimes the order machine breaks, and we have to do things by hand, but that is fine.
