Flavour Restaurant

We are set up in the Om Cineplex building over in Indra Vihar. Our address is 11, Indra Vihar Opera Hospital Road, and the pin code is 324005. Since we’re in a cinema building, we get a lot of people coming in before or after their movies. It’s a bit of a different crowd than you’d get on a regular high street. There are many students and families in this part of the area, so we see them quite a bit. The hospital road is usually busy with traffic and people going about their business at all hours. We’ve been here for some time now and the place has a bit of a lived-in feel. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure we have enough supplies for the day. Sometimes the delivery truck is late and we have to scramble a bit, but that's just how it goes in this business. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us here on the ground. We make sure the tables are wiped down and the chairs are straight. It’s not the biggest place, but it works for us. We just want to provide a spot where people can sit and eat without any fuss. We stay focused on the cooking and the cleaning. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy and we like the community feel of being in Indra Vihar.
