Al Kareem Nonveg Restaurant

This restaurant is right at Shop No-1 in the Pushpa Lodha Market. It is located near Aerodrome Circle in Kota, which is a place that is always moving with traffic and people. We have been at this spot for a while now. The market itself is quite old and has its own character. We handle mostly non-vegetarian dishes here. Every morning starts with the meat delivery and then the prep work begins. Cutting onions and grinding spices takes up most of the early hours. The kitchen gets really hot, especially in the Rajasthan summer, but we are used to it by now. The seating area is simple, nothing too special, just enough to get the job done. We see a lot of different people, from students staying nearby to travelers passing through the circle. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to manage with the backup, which can be a bit of a hassle. We do not spend money on big signs or anything like that. People mostly find us because they live nearby or they have heard about the food from someone else. It is a lot of hard work every day, and we try to keep things consistent. When the day ends, we clean up everything and get ready to do it all over again the next morning. It is just a normal restaurant run by people who know their way around a stove and want to do their job.
