You can find Gareeb Nawaz Hotel on the Main Road in Dadabadi, Kota. We are quite close to the Waqf Board and not far from the Chambal Garden. It’s a decent spot where a lot of locals come by after they finish their walk in the garden or when they are coming back from work. The road is wide here, but it still gets congested in the evenings. Our building is a simple one, and we’ve got a few tables out and some inside. We focus on the daily cooking, making sure there is enough for the lunch rush. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoon, so we pull down the shades to keep it cool. We have a lot of regular customers who don't even need to look at the prices, they just sit and wait for their usual plate. The staff is just a few guys who handle everything from the cooking to the cleaning. We don't use any big advertisements, people just know we are here by the sign near the road. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the evening, but that’s just because we cook fresh every day and don't like to keep leftovers. It’s a plain place, very honest and straightforward. We just do our business and keep the place running for the neighborhood people who need a meal.
