Al Hyatt Restaurant is located at Shop No- 1 at the Aerodrame Circle in Kota. We are in the 324001 area of Rajasthan. If you are looking for us, we are right near the Union Bank at the circle itself. It is a very busy part of town with a lot of traffic. There are always bikes, cars, and buses circling around throughout the day. Kota is a place where a lot of students and workers live, and we are just a small part of their daily routine. We are not a fancy place where the staff wears suits or anything like that. It is much more casual. We just have our shop and we get on with our work. The sun in Rajasthan can get very intense, so the shade of our building is a nice break from the heat. We have been at this specific circle for a good while now. Many people stop at the bank and then they see our sign. It is a good spot to be in. We do not have any big philosophy or a mission to change the world. We just want to be here for the people who come inside. It is a practical, local business. We keep the place as clean as we can and make sure the lights are on. It is just us running things day in and day out. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the noise from the circle.
