Dellhi Darbar Restaurant

Our place is right there at Shop No-09 in Manak Bhwan on the main road. If you know Gumanpura in Kota, you've probably walked past us near Manak Bahawan. We serve food to locals and students who are always around this part of Rajasthan. It’s a simple setup. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. We just have tables, chairs, and a kitchen that stays busy most of the day. The main road is always noisy and full of traffic, so it's a good spot to sit down for a bit. We started this because we wanted to cook the kind of food we like eating. There are plenty of places to eat in Kota, but we just do our own thing here. The staff is just a few local guys. We don't have a big handbook or rules, we just try to get the orders right. Sometimes it's slow, sometimes we can barely keep up with the rush. That's just how the restaurant business goes. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a decent community. We don't do much talking, just cooking. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the main road. We keep it simple and try to make sure the kitchen stays clean and the food is hot.
