Govind Bhojnalya

It's just a small place here in Ramganj Mandi, right in Bazar Number 1. Govind Bhojnalya has been around for a bit now. We keep things simple. People from around Kota know where to find us. Usually, it's just about getting a meal when you're out in the market. We open early and stay open until the evening rush slows down. It isn't a fancy spot with big lights or anything like that. Just tables, chairs, and the food we make every day. My family helps out mostly. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the market is busy outside, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We see the same faces every week, mostly shopkeepers and people traveling through the station area. There’s no big story to tell. We just cook and serve what’s ready. The address is easy to find if you are near the main bazaar. It gets hot in the summer, but we have fans going. We don't spend much on advertising or making things look perfect. We just focus on the kitchen and making sure the pots are clean. If you're walking past Bazar Number 1, you'll probably see us. It’s practical and we try to keep the place tidy for whoever walks in. Nothing more to it than that. We are just here doing our thing every day.
