Chitrakoot Restaurant

Our restaurant is part of the Hotel Chitrakoot, right on Station Road near Kota Junction. We are pretty easy to spot because we’re right across from the railway station and near the Meera Inn Hotel. Being so close to the station means we never really have a quiet moment. Trains are coming and going at all hours, and travelers are always looking for a place to sit down for a bit. We keep the place open and the kitchen running so folks can get something to eat before their next journey. It’s a busy environment in Kota-Rajasthan 324002. The staff is used to the rush, though sometimes things get a little hectic when a big train arrives. We don’t go in for fancy tablecloths or anything like that. The furniture is sturdy and the plates are simple because we care more about getting the food out fast. It’s an honest way to make a living. We’ve seen the area change over the years, but the station is always there and people are always hungry. Sometimes the noise from the trains is loud, but you get used to it after a few days. We just focus on our daily tasks, like checking the pantry and making sure the dining area is ready for the next wave of people coming off the platform. It is hard work but we have been doing it for years now.
