You can find our hotel on Talwandi Road in the Talwandi area of Kota. We are quite close to the Pushpa Govind Marriage Hall, which is a big landmark around here. While there are many places to eat in Kota, we focus on non-veg dishes for the people who live and work in this part of town. Our kitchen is always busy with something on the stove. We don't have a very large seating area, but we've made enough space for people to sit down and have their meal. Most of our customers are students from the coaching centers or people working in the nearby shops who want something a bit different. We buy our meat fresh every morning from the local market to make sure everything is okay. It’s a lot of work to keep a non-veg kitchen running properly, and we spend a lot of time cleaning up at the end of every night. My son helps me with the accounts and the serving while I oversee the cooking part. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning or anything, just a few ceiling fans to keep the air moving. We just try to keep things simple and serve what we know how to cook. If you're walking down Talwandi Road, you can usually smell the spices from our kitchen. We're just a small family-run business trying to make a living.
