Parinay Plaza

Parinay Plaza is located at 563 Dadabari Main Road, right near Modi College. Since we are so close to the college, there are always students and teachers moving around outside. It is a lively part of the city to be in. The building itself is a solid, functional place that has been here for years. We handle the day-to-day things that keep the plaza running. It isn't a high-end luxury spot; it is just a practical building where things happen. We spend a lot of our time making sure the common areas are okay and that everything is working as it should. There is always something that needs fixing or cleaning, but that is just how it goes with a busy building. We don't have a big team or a corporate office. It is just a few of us who know the place inside and out. Sometimes the traffic on Dadabari Main Road gets pretty heavy, which can make things a bit loud, but we are used to the noise by now. People stop by because it's a convenient location for them. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just keep the doors open and do our work. It’s a straightforward job and we try to do it honestly every day. We’ve seen many people come and go over the years, and we just continue to be a part of the local landscape here near the college without any fuss.
