Pandit Bhojnalya

This is Pandit Bhojnalya, located at shop number 4 on the main road in PIP Vigyan Nagar, Kota. We are right near the Dakanya station, so we get a lot of students and people working in the nearby areas. Kota is a busy place with everyone rushing to classes or work, and our shop is just a small spot where they can sit and eat a proper meal. It is not a big restaurant with menus and waiters in uniforms. We mostly serve regular food like what you would eat at home. The tables are basic and we keep the water jugs filled. Rajasthan gets very hot in the summers, so we try to keep the place shaded. Being in Vigyan Nagar means there is always a lot of movement on the road outside. We open up early and stay open until the dinner crowd finishes. It is just a simple business we run. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that, people just know us because we have been in this spot for a while. Sometimes it gets crowded during lunch hours and people have to wait a bit, but that is normal for a small bhojnalya. We just focus on getting the food out on time so people can get back to their schedules. It is a plain, honest place for anyone who is hungry and needs a quick meal in the middle of a busy day.
