You can find us in the Talwandi area of Kota, right in the middle of all the coaching centers and student hostels. We’ve been operating Mann Foods from this spot for several years now. It’s a unique place to work because the crowd is mostly students who are away from home. We spend our days preparing food that is simple and fills them up. The kitchen is always busy, especially around lunch and dinner time when the students have their breaks. It’s not a fancy restaurant with a big menu, just a practical food service for the neighborhood. We have a small team here, and we all know our roles. Sometimes the pace is very fast, and we’re just trying to get every plate out as quickly as possible. The building isn't anything special, just a regular space in Talwandi that we’ve made our own. We don't have any corporate training or polished uniforms, just local people working hard to make a living. Kota can be a stressful place for the kids studying here, so we try to at least provide a decent meal without any drama. It’s a humble business, and we’re happy to be part of the community in this corner of Rajasthan. We just keep doing what we do, day after day. It's a lot of repetition but it matters to the kids who eat here. We are just simple people making food.
