About Gautam Tent House – Event & Planning in Kota
We are set up over at Bajrang Nagar, right near the Bahadur Singh Circle. Gautam Tent House isn't some corporate office with desks; it’s basically a big garage and a small front area where we keep all the heavy pipes, colorful cloths, and decorative stuff. If there's a local event, a funeral, or a small wedding nearby, we’re usually the ones lugging the iron frames and carpets around. It’s sweaty, physical work, and our clothes usually end up covered in dust and grease by the end of the shift. I have a few guys who work with me, and we try to get things done as fast as we can, though sometimes the weather or the traffic makes it difficult. If it rains, we have a lot of work drying out the canvases before they get ruined. The neighborhood knows us because our truck is always parked nearby, loaded with plastic chairs or rolled-up carpets. We don't have a website or anything like that; people usually just walk in or call the phone number we have painted on our metal boards. It’s a bit messy in the storage area, but I know exactly where everything is located. We just focus on getting the tents up straight and making sure the lights work before the guests start to arrive. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and long hours, especially during the busy months of the year when weddings are happening.
