We are located on the first floor of the Radhey Complex, specifically at number 256. It’s a busy shopping centre and we’ve been here for quite a while now. Most days you’ll find us sitting around the main desk trying to keep track of various bookings and plans. We handle all sorts of events, from small family gatherings to slightly bigger ones. It’s not a very big office, but we make it work. There are files and folders everywhere because we still like to write things down on paper. People usually just drop in when they’re shopping nearby to ask about a date or a price. We don't have any fancy displays or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get the work done. Sometimes it gets a bit loud in the hallway, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and decorators. It can be stressful when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just how this business is. We try to keep things simple for the people who hire us. There’s a lot of back and forth, and sometimes plans change at the last minute. We just deal with it and move on to the next thing. It’s a local operation and we know the neighborhood well. Most of our clients come from word of mouth around the shopping centre.
