We are located at Santosh Bhavan in Chittayam, which is near the Inchavila post office. It is a quiet area mostly, though the roads can get a bit muddy during the monsoon season. Dealing with trades means there is always something to track or some delivery to wait for. Most of our day is spent on the phone or writing down notes in big ledgers. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few people making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit on the porch and wait for it to come back on. The air here is a bit fresher than the main town, which is nice. We handle different kinds of goods depending on what is needed at the time. It is not a very complicated business, just a lot of coordinating and making sure we don't lose track of the orders. We have been in this part of Inchavila for a good bit of time now. Most of our neighbors are used to seeing the trucks come and go. It’s just how things are around here. We try to keep things simple and not overthink it because there is always more work tomorrow.
