We have been down here in Thangassery for a long while now. Being near the water in Kalluvila makes sense for what we do with the marine stuff. Usually, the day starts before the sun is even up. You can hear the boats and the noise from the docks from our place. Most of our time is spent just making sure things are moved quickly because the heat doesn't help anyone in this business. We have a small crew, mostly local guys who have been working with fish and stuff since they were kids. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and old files, but it gets the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just standing out where the packing happens. There’s always ice everywhere and the floors stay wet. It’s a messy job, honestly. Sometimes the smell is a bit much if you aren't used to it, but we don't even notice it anymore. We just handle the processing and make sure the crates are loaded onto the trucks without too much delay. Nothing fancy goes on here, just regular work day in and day out. We know most of the people around here and they know us. It’s been that way for years. We just keep our heads down and try to keep the workflow moving so everyone gets what they need on time. Even when the weather is bad, we show up and do the work.
