Our office is tucked away in the Grihalakshmi Compound over in the Ashramam area. It’s a bit quieter than the main roads, which we like. Bright And Associates has been operating out of this spot for some time now. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of people. It’s just a small group of us working at our desks. The Ashramam Gardens are nearby, so there is a bit of green around, which is nice when we step outside for a break. Inside, the walls are covered with files and old documents that we need for our daily tasks. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from what we are doing. The chairs are a bit old, but they are comfortable enough for a long day of work. We handle various bits of paperwork and coordination for the people who come to see us. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy with the local clients. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just pick up where we left off. We don’t spend money on fancy brochures. People find out about us through neighbors or friends. We just try to get the jobs done without making a big fuss about it. It’s a steady way to make a living in a pleasant part of town. We just focus on the files and keep things moving along.
