Our place is at 16 Zakaria Street in Kolkata. If you know the area, you know how crowded and lively it gets. The building is old and has that classic Kolkata feel to it, with high ceilings and some corners that have seen better days. We have students coming in and out all day long for their classes. It gets pretty loud sometimes when the sessions change over. Zakaria Street is famous for its food and the general chaos of the market nearby, so there is always a smell of something cooking or the sound of horns honking outside our windows. We try to keep things focused inside, but the city always creeps in. The staff here is small and we all know each other well. We spend a lot of time sitting around the main office area talking about schedules and how to get the equipment working right. It isn't a shiny new campus like you see in movies, but it works for what we need. We've got desks, some computers, and a lot of books lying around. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out or open the windows to let a breeze in. It is a practical sort of place for learning things. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just a college operating out of an old street in the 700073 area, doing what we can for the students.
