Ucbg

Our place, Ucbg, is located at 57/1 Kali Bari Road in New Barrackpur. It is a part of Kolkata that has a lot of character and history. We are right there on the street, and it is easy enough to find if you know the area even a little bit. The building is older, but it serves us well for what we do. We spend most of our time here just managing the daily tasks. There is nothing fancy about our setup. It is just a few rooms with desks and chairs and the usual equipment. On Kali Bari Road, things can get pretty lively with people walking by and the sounds of the neighborhood. We do not try to be something we are not. We are just a local business trying to stay busy and provide for ourselves. Some of the staff have been here a long time, so we all know each other’s habits. We do not have a big HR team or a board of directors. It is more like a family-run kind of thing, even if we are not all related. We deal with whatever comes through the door. Sometimes it is a lot, sometimes it is slow. We take it as it comes. The area of New Barrackpur is good to us. There are plenty of places nearby to get a snack or a tea during the afternoon break. We have stayed here because it feels right and the rent is not too high. (255 words)
