If you walk down Dr. Biresh Guha Street, you’ll find us at number 8/2. This is where Top Leathers & Footwears Pvt. Ltd. has its main setup. It’s an older neighborhood, and our building fits right in with the others on the block. Inside, the smell of leather is pretty much everywhere, which we don't even notice anymore after being here so long. We have workbenches and storage areas that take up most of the floor space. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find a fancy reception desk. Usually, someone is just shouting across the room to get a question answered. We keep the tools and materials close at hand because that makes the most sense for the way we work. 8/2, Dr. Biresh Guha Street is a practical location for us. We know the tea stall around the corner and the other shop owners nearby. It’s a tight-knit spot. Running Top Leathers & Footwears Pvt. Ltd. involves a lot of hands-on effort, and this building has seen plenty of that over the years. The floors are a bit worn down from people moving heavy items back and forth. We don't mind the grit and the dust too much. It’s just part of the job. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the orders that come through our door every week. The street is usually crowded with vendors, but we have our own little rhythm inside the walls.
