Special Leather Arts

We are Special Leather Arts, and you can find us at 1-B, Tiljala Road. It’s an address we’ve had for a long time. The building is a bit old, and the street can get quite crowded with people and carts, especially during the middle of the day. We work with leather, focusing on the more artistic or detailed side of things, though we don’t like to brag about it. It’s just what we do. Inside 1-B, there’s usually a bit of a mess with scraps and tools, but that’s just how a workshop looks when people are actually working. We don’t have a fancy storefront or a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people who know where we are on Tiljala Road. It’s a bit of a gritty area, but it’s where we feel at home. Our team isn’t very large, just a handful of folks who know how to handle the materials. We don’t use a lot of big machines; a lot of it is just done by hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the road difficult, but we just keep at it. Special Leather Arts is a small, local operation, and we don’t pretend to be anything else. We just like making things out of leather and keeping the shop running. If you’re ever on Tiljala Road, look for the 1-B sign. We’ve been here for years and hope to stay for many more.
