You can find us on the first floor of 25/4 Rustamjee Street here in Kolkata. We go by the name Snacker’Sden Foods. It is a local spot where we handle all kinds of food-related work. The street outside is usually full of activity, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache on most days. Our office is a simple one. We spend our time thinking about different snacks and how to get them out to the people who want them. It is a small operation, really. The rooms are often filled with the smell of whatever ingredients we are working with that day. We started this because we liked the idea of having a business that deals with food. It is not a corporate headquarters with glass walls or anything like that. It is more of a practical space with boxes, desks, and a lot of lists. We have a few staff members who have been with us for a while now. We know the neighbors on Rustamjee Street quite well. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the packing or to sort out the inventory counts. The 700019 area is quite lively and there is always something going on. We just try to keep things moving and make sure our snacks are ready for whoever needs them. It is honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is.
