Snacky

Snacky is a small business we run out of Kankurgachi. We are located at 30 Ramkrishna Samadhi Road, specifically in Block H, Flat 9. It is more of a residential-style setup than a big commercial storefront. We started this because we wanted to provide snacks to people nearby and beyond. Most of our work happens in the kitchen area where we prepare and pack everything. It can get pretty crowded when we have a big order to get out, and there are containers and bags everywhere. We aren't a big factory with machines. Most of what we do is done by hand. We spend a lot of time checking the food and making sure the packaging is tight. The neighborhood is a busy part of Kolkata, and being in Kankurgachi means we are close to a lot of customers. We handle the deliveries and the walk-ins ourselves. It's a modest operation. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us making snacks and trying to make a living. Sometimes the stove acts up or we run out of supplies, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a simple, local food business. We focus on the daily tasks of cooking, cleaning, and selling. It’s hard work, but we like being our own bosses in our own little space on Ramkrishna Samadhi Road. We hope people like the stuff we make here because we put a lot of effort into it.
