Sweet N Sour Cata

Our place is called Sweet N Sour Cata, and you can find us at Jj7, Aswini Nagar in the Baguihati area. It is a very lively neighborhood and we have really become part of the local rhythm over the years. We started this business because we noticed that families in Baguihati were always looking for someone to help with the food for their home events. The name is a bit short, but it fits the kind of flavors we like to work with. We handle the cooking for all kinds of local celebrations. Usually, the hardest part is coordinating the staff and making sure the delivery van does not get stuck in the Baguihati traffic. Anyone who lives around here knows how the main road can get at almost any time of day. We do our best to plan everything around those traffic jams. Our kitchen is tucked away in Aswini Nagar, where we prep everything from scratch. We do not have a huge staff, just a few dedicated people who have been working with me for a long time. We treat each other like family, and I think that comes through in the taste of the food we send out. Sometimes things are a bit chaotic, and we might forget a small detail, but we always try to fix it quickly. We are not some big corporation with fancy brochures. It is just us, some big stoves, and a lot of fresh vegetables.
