You can find us at 41 Roy Bahadur Road. It’s a fairly busy street, and we’ve been part of it for some time now. Our setup is pretty basic. We have the kitchen area and a small space for people to come in and talk to us. We chose this name because it sounded okay, but at the end of the day, we’re just a local food business. The road outside is always full of rickshaws and cars, especially during the rush hours. We get a lot of regulars who live nearby and just stop in to see what’s happening. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a dedicated marketing person. We just write things down in our ledger and get to work. The heat in the kitchen can be quite something during the summer months, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving heavy containers and making sure everything is cleaned properly. We don’t try to act like a big company. We are just a small team trying to do a decent job for the people who hire us. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to dash to the local market, but that’s just part of the daily grind. It’s a simple life on Roy Bahadur Road, and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood.
