Shuvankar Stores

Shuvankar Stores is a local place in Kolkata. We are tucked into the Market Complex on Baguiati Main Road. If you know where Vip More is, we are very close to that spot. It's a busy part of town with a lot of cars and people moving all the time. Our shop has been around for a while now. We sell the basic things that people in Baguiati need for their homes. It's not a huge supermarket, just a regular store where you can pick up your essentials. I usually sit at the front and my nephew helps with the heavy lifting and getting things from the back. The market complex gets quite loud sometimes, but we are used to it. We open up in the morning and stay until late evening. There are many other shops around us, so it's a good community. We don't spend money on big signs or anything like that. People find us because we've been here and they know the name Shuvankar Stores. We keep our stock on wooden shelves. Sometimes it’s a bit dusty because of the road, but we try to keep it clean. Kolkata is a city that never really stops, and Baguiati Main Road is a good example of that. We just focus on our customers and make sure they get what they came for. It's a simple business and we like it that way. We don't have any big plans, just keeping the shop going every day.
