We are over here at 28 Adyanath Saha Road in Patipukur. It’s been quite a while since we started doing this. Most mornings start with getting the charcoal ready and making sure the grills are clean for the first batch of the day. It gets pretty hot in the kitchen, especially during the summer months in Kolkata. People usually find us easily enough once they get into the Patipukur area. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. Just some tables, chairs, and the smell of smoke from the meat cooking. Sometimes the line gets a bit long in the evenings, and we try to move as fast as we can, but good food takes its time on the fire. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been around for years. We buy our supplies from the nearby markets every day to keep things moving. There isn't much to say about our history, we just showed up one day and kept the fire going ever since. You’ll see the sign right on the road. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the lunch rush because things can get messy with all the sauces and coal dust. It’s a simple operation really. We just focus on getting the temperature right and making sure nobody leaves hungry. If you’re walking down Adyanath Saha Road, you’ll probably smell the spices before you even see the building. It’s just how we do things here.
