Herby International Private Limited

If you head up to the 6th floor of the Krishna Building on AJC Bose Road, you’ll find us in Suite No. 616. Herby International Private Limited is a busy place, mostly because of where we are located in the city. The traffic downstairs on the road is constant, and the horns never really stop. Inside the office, it’s a bit calmer, but we’re usually juggling three things at once. We don’t have those fancy open-plan layouts you see in movies. It’s just a regular office with desks, files, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Being on the 6th floor means we spend a fair bit of time waiting for the elevator. We do international trade, so there’s a lot of coordination with people in different time zones. Sometimes that means staying late or coming in early. The windows give us a view of the rooftops of Kolkata, which is nice when you need a break from the screen. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just focus on moving goods and making sure the documentation is correct. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls. It’s a decent place to work, and we’ve got a good rhythm going now. We know the other people on our floor well enough. It’s just a normal workday for us.
