Rainbow Leather Exports

Rainbow Leather Exports is located at No. 13/1 on Mohendra Roy Lane. It’s a narrow lane and can be a bit hard to find if you aren’t looking for it. The smell of leather is the first thing you notice when you walk into our place. We have stacks of hides in different colors and finishes piled up against the walls. It’s not the cleanest or most modern office, but it’s where we do our best work. We’ve been here for years, and the building has a lot of character, even if the paint is peeling in some spots. We spend our days inspecting the leather and getting it ready for export. It’s a hands-on job. My hands are usually a bit stained by the end of the day from handling the materials. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us who know the business and work hard. We have a small table in the back where we eat lunch together and talk about the day. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses, so it’s a familiar environment for us. We don't try to be something we’re not. We just deal in leather and make sure the quality is decent before it leaves the lane. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we’re happy with it. Sometimes the rain makes the lane a bit muddy, but we just put some cardboard down and keep going.
