Precious Leather

Precious Leather is located over at 6, Miajan Ostagar Lane. It's a bit of an older neighborhood, but it suits what we do here. We work with leather all day, so the smell of the hides is something you just get used to after the first week. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We spend a lot of time looking at different skins and figuring out which ones are good enough to use and which ones aren't. Our space on the lane isn't very fancy, just a workshop where we get the job done. Sometimes the street gets narrow and crowded with delivery trucks, which makes it a bit tricky to move things in and out, but we've lived with it for years. The guys here have been doing this for a long time. We don't use big automated machines for everything because we like to see the materials up close. It's dusty work sometimes and your hands definitely get dirty. We aren't some big high-end boutique, just a local spot making leather goods for people who need them. Most of our day is spent cutting, stitching, and checking the edges. We just take it one order at a time and try to keep the quality consistent without making a big fuss about it.
