Picking Snacks Pvt. Ltd. is based at 25 A on Camac Street. Even though the name sounds a bit official we are actually a pretty small operation. We spend our days making and packing snacks that people like to munch on. Camac Street is a busy area in the city so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our door. Our space is mostly taken up by packing materials and the snacks themselves. We don't have a big fancy reception area. If you come by you’ll likely see us busy with boxes and tape. We started this because we liked making traditional snacks and thought we could sell them to the local offices and shops. It’s a lot of work to get the flavors right and make sure everything stays fresh. We don't have a huge marketing budget or a team of salespeople. We just rely on the fact that people like how our snacks taste. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have a big order to get out. We use simple machines and a lot of hand-packing to get the job done. It’s a noisy and busy place but we enjoy the work. We aren’t a giant factory; we are just a group of people making snacks in the heart of the city. We often have a lot of bags stacked up near the entrance waiting for the courier.
