New Shyam Sundar Stores

New Shyam Sundar Stores is basically a small place tucked away at 6A Onrait 2nd Lane. We are in Kolkata, zip code 700014. It’s not the easiest spot to find if you aren't from around here. The lane is narrow and usually has some scooters parked along the sides. We’ve been here for years. It’s just a regular local shop. We don’t have any fancy displays or big bright lights. Mostly, it’s just us doing our thing every day. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. People from the neighborhood come by for what they need. We know most of them by name. It’s a bit humid in the summer, but we keep the fans going. We don’t really do any big advertising. If someone needs us, they just walk in. The building is old, like much of West Bengal. We handle our stock and try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy when deliveries arrive. It’s just a job for us, and we like being part of the street. There isn't much more to tell about 6A. It’s just a store on a lane where we spend our days. We open up in the morning and close when it gets dark. That is pretty much the whole story of our little business here. It is what it is.
