Kidzee High School

Our school is located right on the Patulia Barrackpur Kalyani Express Way. It’s a very busy road, and we are right there in the Patulia area. You can't really miss the building if you are driving along the expressway. We have quite a large number of students coming in from different parts of Barrackpore and the surrounding suburbs. It's a busy place from early morning until the afternoon. The school buses are always coming and going. We have different areas for the younger children and the high school students. The rooms are fairly standard, with charts on the walls and regular desks. It gets a bit loud because of the traffic outside, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We have a playground, but it’s often a bit dusty because of all the construction in this area. We’ve seen this part of Kolkata change a lot since we started. There are so many new buildings now. We try to keep the school running smoothly, even though it’s a lot to manage with so many kids. The teachers have their hands full most days. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just show up every day and do the work of teaching the children. It’s a normal, busy school life for us here.
