Kids World Pre & Primary School

We are located over in Amrabati, right here in Sodepur. It’s a pretty busy area of Kolkata 700110. The school isn't hard to find if you’re familiar with the neighborhood. We handle both pre-schoolers and the slightly older primary kids. It makes for a very active environment from Monday to Friday. Sometimes the hallways are full of drawings taped to the walls. They aren't always straight, but the kids like seeing them there. We have a routine, though it changes if someone spills juice or drops a box of crayons. Life in Sodepur moves fast, but inside these walls, things go at a child's pace. We focus on the basics like reading, sitting still for a bit, and playing nicely. The rooms have enough light, and we keep the fans going because it gets warm. Parents usually drop by in the morning, and there's a lot of chatter at the gate. It's a community thing. We know most of the families around here. It isn't a massive institution, just a local school trying to get through the curriculum and make sure nobody gets hurt on the playground. Some of the desks are a bit old, but they work fine. We’ve been part of Amrabati for some time now and it feels like home. We just try to make the day go as well as it can for everyone involved.
