Kids International High School

We are over at 25 Squareland Park, right on Kalikapur Road in the Haltu area. It’s a quiet enough spot in Kolkata on most days, though it picks up when school starts. Kids International High School is where we work and spend most of our time. The building is just a regular one, and we use the different rooms for the various grades we have here. We have a lot of students who live in the surrounding houses and blocks. It’s a bit of a walk from the main transport hubs, but the local people manage just fine. The halls can get pretty noisy when the bell rings for lunch or at the end of the day. We just try to keep everything organized and running on time. It’s a school, so there’s always something happening, whether it is exams or just regular lessons in the classrooms. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. It’s just a place for learning and growing up. The teachers here are mostly from this side of the city, so they know the neighborhood well. We see the parents every afternoon when they come to pick up their children from the gate. It’s a real community thing for us. The address 700078 is our little corner of the world. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just open the doors and get to work every morning, making sure the kids have what they need.
