Kanha Sweets & Snacks Private Limited

If you are walking around Prafulla Sarkar Street in Kolkata, you will find us at 4/E. It is right in the Bowbazar area, which is always crowded and noisy. Kanha Sweets & Snacks Private Limited is where we spend our whole day. We make a lot of traditional snacks and sweets right here in the back. The kitchen gets really hot, especially in the summers, but that is just part of the job. Most of the people who come in are regulars from the nearby offices or neighbors who have lived here for decades. We don't spend money on big ads or anything. People just know we are here. The street outside is narrow, so it can be hard to park, but folks still stop by. We have a few counters and some glass cases for the food. It is not a very big place, but we keep it busy. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the afternoon because the morning rush was so heavy. We just try to make things the way people like them. My uncle started helping out here years ago and now I am doing it too. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sweets and snacks for the local crowd. It is a simple life and we like being in this part of the city.
