Green Ways Leather

Our shop is at No. 531 A. on Tiljala Road. It’s a pretty busy street and you can usually hear the traffic from inside. Green Ways Leather has been here for a bit now. We spend our time working with different kinds of leather. It’s a tough job and your hands get dirty, but it’s what we do. The space is filled with the smell of leather and the sound of tools. It’s not a polished store where everything is behind glass. It’s a workshop. We have piles of hides and half-finished pieces all over the place. We don’t have a lot of room for a fancy office, so we just use a small corner for the books. Most of our day is spent at the benches. We don’t use any big marketing words to describe ourselves. We just make leather goods and try to do a decent job of it. Sometimes the weather makes the work harder, especially when it’s humid, but we keep at it. Tiljala Road is a good location for us even if it gets crowded. We’ve gotten to know the people nearby. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the trade. We just want to get the orders done and move on to the next one. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living and we’re okay with that. It is just hard work and leather every single day.
