You will find us in the village of Ghosalerchak, which is part of the Podara Mayahowri area. It is under the Bakultala police station in Jaynagar. We work out of a space provided by Debirani Sardar. This is not a typical office environment you would find in a city. It is very much a rural setting, surrounded by houses and fields. We focus on education and research, but it is done in a very local, hands-on way. The roads around here can be tricky, especially when it rains and the mud gets deep. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our research materials and a few old tables for work. It is quiet here, except for the sounds of the village. We started this because we saw a need for more educational resources in this part of West Bengal. We do not have any big investors or a marketing department. It is just a few of us who care about the work. We spend a lot of time talking to the local families. The power goes out sometimes, so we keep some lamps ready. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We are just trying to be a useful part of the Jaynagar community. Nothing fancy, just honest effort every day.
