We operate out of 55A Golam Jilaini Khan Road. If you’ve been down this way, you know the smell of leather is pretty much everywhere. This is where we do the tanning. It’s a messy, wet, and heavy job. We have large vats and machines that have been here for years. The floor is almost always damp. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear your best clothes. We handle the raw hides and process them through the various stages. It takes a lot of time and physical effort. The workers here are tough and they know the trade well. We don't have a fancy office or a receptionist. If you want to talk to us, you usually have to find us out on the floor with our sleeves rolled up. The building itself is old and has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We focus on getting the leather right. Sometimes the shipments of salt or chemicals are delayed, and we have to shuffle the schedule around. It's a rough environment, but it's what we know. We’ve been on Golam Jilaini Khan Road for a long time, and we just keep doing what we've always done. There’s no marketing team here, just people working with their hands to turn hides into something useful. It’s a grit-and-grind type of business, day in and day out.
