If you head up to the first floor at 238-B, A.J.C. Bose Road, you will find our office. Fortune Furnitech Pvt. Ltd. is basically just a group of us working in a space that has been there for years. It is not a huge place. We have some desks, some samples lying around, and usually a lot of paperwork piled up. A.J.C. Bose Road is always noisy with traffic, but once you get inside and shut the door, it is a bit quieter. We spend our days looking at technical drawings and talking to suppliers on the phone. Sometimes the lift in the building does not work right, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It keeps us moving, I guess. We deal with furniture stuff, mostly the technical and supply side of things. It is a job that requires staying organized, which is not always easy when five things are happening at once. We do not have a big marketing team or a fancy receptionist. It is just us handling the orders and making sure the deliveries are actually going where they should. Some days are slow and quiet, while others are a total mess with everyone shouting over the phone. But we keep coming back and doing the work. If you need to find us, just look for the sign on the first floor. We are usually there from morning until evening.
