You can find us on the first floor at 84/7, Ripon Street, right in the P.S. Parkstreet area of Kolkata. We go by Cognition Academic Services Private Limited. Being in this part of the city means we are right in the middle of everything. The building is one of those older Kolkata structures with high ceilings and a bit of a damp smell when it rains. We have a few rooms where we handle all our academic service work. It’s not a sleek, glass-walled office. We have wooden desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of paper everywhere. It feels like a real workplace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy waiting room. Most people who come to see us are more interested in the help we provide with their studies or paperwork. We stay busy throughout the year. The street outside is always loud with horns and people, but once you come upstairs, it’s a bit more manageable. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. We don’t use corporate jargon or have long meetings about missions. We just look at what needs to be done that day and we do it. It’s a simple way to run a business. Most of the time, the kettle is on and we are ready to work.
